Shipping & Return Policy
Our shipping policy is to be as timely and cost-effective as possible. We primarily ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and offer both first-class and priority to our customers at check-out time. It has been our experience that USPS is less expensive and highly competitive.
All defected or damaged merchandise must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of order for exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping charges). Returning none defected or damaged items are subject to 10% deduction for restocking fee. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received and in complete numbers of pieces inside their original packaging, never being worn or displayed. If your package is marked as "Return to Sender" via tracking information provided, we will not be issuing a refund for the merchandise. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Breakage:
We have learned a great deal about how to ship fragile and breakable items. No system, however, is perfect. If your order arrives in anything but perfect condition, please contact us as quickly as possible (within 7 days of receipt of order) so that we can have it returned to us and work with you toward the best possible resolution.
Bargain Cave Merchandise: All Bargain Cave new and/or used merchandise are sold as is. There is no refund or returns for bargain cave merchandise.
